Bettyes Healthcare Network offers 3- and 4-bedroom homes. All of our homes are located in Arlington (76017) and Grand Prairie (75052). We strive to keep our homes within close proximity of one another, to our Administrative Office and Day Habilitation Center. This enables us to reach each home within minutes for all purposes/needs. Our homes are furnished and decorated with love and consideration with our individuals in mind.  Below is a brief overview of the basics of group home living.

 

• 3-4 bed homes that range from 1700 to 2500 square feet.

• Each person has a private bedroom and may or may not share a bathroom.

• Our homes are staffed with 1 to 2 twenty-four-hour awake staff depending on the needs of the individuals.

• Menus are created by our nurses with health, taste and medical needs in mind.

• Staff are trained and in-serviced regularly to ensure they are meeting the individual’s needs.

• Room & Board is paid from earned income or SSI/SSDI check.

• Our individuals participate in many social and recreational activities put together by administration and staff. We encourage board games, memory stimulation, sewing, cooking and artwork along with other creative activities based on the individual’s ability.

• We train our staff with the expectation that we are all family and here to provide a fun-loving safe environment for our individuals.  We encourage the family to stay involved and participate as much as possible.
